Our Stance on Copyright

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice should include:

Counter-Notice

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. It must include your contact information, identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found). Send counter-notices to the same email above with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice".

Good Faith & Repeat Infringers

We process notices that comply with the DMCA and act in good faith. We may remove or disable access to content that is the subject of a valid takedown notice. We reserve the right to terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
