Baaren
Role: Hero and playable character. Baaren is the bear you control. He runs, jumps, rescues other bears, collects coins and stickers, and fights bosses to save the Kingdom of Earthkwak from the Purple Honey. He must eventually face his corrupted brother in the final battle.
Shicka
Role: Story guide and tragic figure. Shicka is a bee scientist who created the Purple Honey in an experiment that went wrong. She appears as holographic messages and terminals in the worlds (especially The Hive). She explains the lore and helps Baaren understand the bosses and the corruption. Baaren’s brother
Role: Main villain and final boss. He was the King of the bears but consumed the Purple Honey for power and became corrupted. He locked away the other bears and let the corruption spread.
